الشروط والأحكام

1. التوصيل

رسوم التوصيل

  • التوصيل مجاني للطلبات التي تزيد عن 50 دينار كويتي.
  • بالنسبة للطلبات التي تقل عن هذا المبلغ، تختلف رسوم التوصيل بناءً على منطقة التوصيل.

وقت التوصيل
نسعى لتوصيل الطلبات ضمن الوقت المحدد الذي تختاره. يرجى ملاحظة أن أوقات التوصيل قد تتأثر بتوافر الموردين وساعات العمل.

التوصيل الدولي

  • الجمارك والرسوم: يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية أي رسوم أو ضرائب جمركية تفرضها حكومتهم المحلية.
  • أوقات التوصيل:
    • الشحن العادي: أسبوعين
    • الشحن السريع: 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل

2. الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال

الكويت – قانون حماية المستهلك
وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في الكويت (رقم 39/2014)، يحق للعملاء استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير تالف، مع وجود العلامات والعبوات الأصلية.

  • قد تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لرسوم التوصيل إذا تمت بعد إتمام التوصيل.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
لا يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التالية:

  1. المنتجات المصنفة كمواد خطرة أو التي تحتوي على سوائل أو غازات قابلة للاشتعال.
  2. المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها من قبل العميل أو التي لم تعد في حالتها الأصلية كما تم استلامها.
  3. المنتجات القابلة للاستهلاك التي تم استخدامها أو تركيبها.
  4. العناصر التي تم شراؤها خلال التخفيضات أو الصفقات الخاصة.
  5. المنتجات التي تنتمي إلى فئات مثل الأطعمة والمشروبات والسلع المنزلية وملابس السباحة والأحذية وأدوات تدريب الأطفال والأحزمة الأمومية ومنتجات الصحة و الملابس الداخية والنظافة الشخصية.
  6. العناصر التي ليست في حالتها الأصلية أو عبواتها الأصلية.
  7. المنتجات التي تم التلاعب بأرقامها التسلسلية أو التي تفتقر إليها.
  8. الطلبات المشحونة إلى وجهات دولية (خارج الكويت).

3. الدفع

طرق الدفع
نقبل طرق الدفع التالية:

  • ماستركارد
  • فيزا
  • أبل باي

رسوم بوابة الدفع
عند استخدام ماستركارد أو فيزا أو أبل باي، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية تصل إلى 9 فلوس. ينتج ذلك عن عدم دعم بوابات الدفع للمعاملات التي تحتوي على ثلاث منازل عشرية، لذا نقوم بتقريبها إلى أقرب منزلتين عشريتين.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for orders over 50 KD.
  • For orders below this amount, delivery fees vary based on the delivery area.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within your selected time slot. Please note that delivery times may be affected by vendor availability and operating hours.

International Delivery

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by their local government.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 2 weeks
    • Priority Shipping: 5 to 7 business days

2. Returns & Refunds

Kuwait – Consumer Protection Law
According to Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law (No. 39/2014), customers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges may be subject to delivery fees if processed after delivery is completed.

Non-returnable Products
You cannot return, replace, or exchange the following:

  1. Products classified as hazardous materials or containing flammable liquids or gases.
  2. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer or are no longer in the same condition as received.
  3. Consumable products that have been used or installed.
  4. Items purchased on sale or as part of special deals.
  5. Products in categories such as food, beverages, household goods, swimwear, footwear, potty training items, maternity belts, health & hygiene products, underwear, and personal care items.
  6. Items that are not in their original packaging or condition.
  7. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  8. Orders shipped internationally (outside Kuwait).

3. Payment

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Apple Pay

Payment Gateway Surcharge
When using Mastercard, Visa, or Apple Pay, an additional charge of up to 9 fils may apply. This surcharge results from the payment gateways not supporting transactions with three decimal places, so we round up to the nearest second decimal place.
